For all intents and purposes, it’s Spring. But some I know are pretending they didn’t get the memo. Remember the Pyxis arachnoides brygooi from a few weeks ago? Their lights are on, the heat has been turned up. It’s time for wakey-wakey. I get a few subtle hints they’re not quite ready.

And then there’s my favorite. Cracks me right up!

Yeah, that’s lunch to the right of her. She’d rather sleep than eat. I know the feeling, don’t you? And those are some for serious sand piles! She was in a hurry to get back to bed!

I didn’t even think about it that way! I am getting out my winter coat again!
They’re just saying “You can’t fool me! You want me to think it’s Spring, but I know better!”
And maybe they do. I know how hard it was for me to get out of bed this morning!
That’s me every morning. “NO NO NO! STOP IT, ALARM! I AM SO COMFY UNDER THESE BLANKETS!”

I felt that way this morning. “NOOO!” It’s funny how they have dug in deeper now that they are expected to wake up.
Rather sleep than eat? Can’t identify at all.
